Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud Voice)
Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)
Job Summary
As a Salesforce Administrator, your mastery on functional skill set is required because you will be responsible for strategic engagements with clients, specifically within Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. Your day to day will include designing and delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box applications, as well as other third‑party integrations, along with business process analysis and design, configuration and deployment. You will be assigned as a Project Lead on Accounts and provide oversight on a team of resources, holding responsibility for the general direction of varying projects.
