Salesforce Consultant (30h/week)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce knowledge? Would you like to contribute to the next phase of a large-scale CRM transformation in the banking sector?
We are looking for a Salesforce-focused BA / Consultant, who can actively support the business-side design, rollout, and optimization of a Salesforce-based CRM solution.
What you'll do: Gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce
Support decision-making processes by preparing alternatives and recommendations
Actively participate in testing processes (including real customer data scenarios)
Design and deliver Salesforce user trainings
Support the development of Salesforce usage strategy
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams
