Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Groom requirements, design and implement stories for a complex greenfield transformation program

In 2 week sprints expectation is to execute 3 stories (assuming each story takes 3 days to complete)

Ensure code complies to Salesforce standards and best practices

Code is compliant to security standards – Checkmarx and Burpsuit scans are run observations listed are analyzed and actioned within the same sprint

Ensure deployment automation and regression of code deployed

Must-Have

6-8years years of IT experience

4-5 years of SFDC experience

Experience in Salesforce CRM concepts, Configuration Methods and Apex Programming (Triggers, Apex Controllers, Visualforce Pages )

3-5 years of experience functioning as a senior (or only) Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise edition or higher (preferably at mid to large, multidimensional organization)
