Experience Summary

• Sales Force and Program Management certifications obtained by the proposed consultant
• Program governance, architecture, and integration oversight approach, artefacts, meeting types and cadence, defined SLAs on quality and timeliness

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end governance across all Salesforce workstreams

Act as the central coordination point across business units and delivery partners independently (no PMO support from client after introductions and orientation)

• Own program-level plans, milestones, and sequencing
• Maintain RAID logs and mitigation actions
• Coordinate multiple vendor PMs and internal SMEs
• Ensure dependency and delivery alignment
• Provide executive dashboards and structured status reporting
• Present risks, escalations, and decision recommendations
• Act as primary owner of the Salesforce solution architecture
