About The Role Av Sight is the leading aviation ERP platform built natively on Salesforce, trusted by MROs, distributors, and operators worldwide. Av Sight Intelligence is our next-generation AI offering — an extension package that brings intelligent automation, predictive insights, and AI-driven workflows directly into the Av Sight ecosystem.

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to own the architecture and Salesforce development of Av Sight Intelligence from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of Salesforce engineering and AI product development. You will define how AI capabilities are surfaced within the platform, set the technical direction for the extension package, and ensure we ship with quality and consistency.
