Salesforce Senior QA

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, write test scripts, prepare data for testing, regression testing, and UAT processes to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Do Functional, Configuration, customization, security, and ongoing optimization testing on Salesforce platform.
• Lead QA efforts for all Salesforce changes, including new features, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes.
• Identify risks early and proactively address issues before they reach production.
• Ensure delivery of quality releases in a timely manner on customer engagements.
• Work within a team of Salesforce QA engineers and testers, and establish as well as consistently improve testing best practices.
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure all bug fixes are checked‑in; environments are stable and ready for use; customer communication is ongoing and open; and releases are properly tested, documented, and validated.
