SalesForce Service Cloud Developer

Candidate should be able to:
•Communicate with senior leadership regularly project status, potential delays, and any timeline changes
• Lead the team in the creation and execution of pre and post-project implementation plans.
• Ensure requests meet the definition of done with complete acceptance criteria, supporting documents, and identify dependencies
• Responsible for managing the backlog and leading grooming to review finalized user stories with the IT team(s)
• Assist business partners to discuss ideas/needs; complete creation of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
• Lead the team in planning and creation of UAT test plans
• Engage with stakeholders to evaluate requests, confirm scope, and prioritize tasks
• Support AVP, Enterprise CRM Technology to support multiple business teams
