Hiring: Salesforce Application Support Engineer (L2 Support)
Location: Remote

We are looking for a Salesforce Application Support Engineer to join our team and provide L2 support for global CRM users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage and support business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2 support and advanced troubleshooting for Salesforce applications
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, and security settings
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis solutions
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
• Support data imports, data mapping, and data quality initiatives
• Create and maintain Salesforce Flows and customizations
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams to resolve complex issues
