• Ensure the SAM platform is configured, governed, and operating effectively
• Maintain high levels of data normalization, modeling accuracy, and completeness
• Maintain model configuration that supports downstream SAM processes such as license reconciliation and unauthorized software management
• Provide trusted reporting and insights to operational, business, and executive stakeholders
• Support audit readiness through consistent and defensible SAM data structuresConfiguring and maintaining ServiceNow SAM Pro tooling and integrations
• Managing normalization rules to achieve defined target thresholds
