Role Description

Our valued public sector client is hiring an SAP Data Archiving Specialist to support ERP modernization and system optimization initiatives.
Background:
The organization is undertaking a major enterprise resource planning (ERP) modernization program to transform financial, materiel, procurement, engineering, and asset management processes. This includes upgrading legacy SAP environments and transitioning to SAP S/4HANA to enable more efficient, integrated, and scalable operations. Specialized expertise is required to assess data volumes, define archiving strategies, and optimize system performance ahead of and during the transition.
Tasks:
Analyze SAP database growth, table sizes, and data aging characteristics to identify archiving opportunities.
Estimate volumes of archivable data to support system size reduction and performance improvements.
