Scheduler

A boutique construction consulting firm specializing in project planning, project controls, and dispute resolution for complex construction projects is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Scheduler Consultant to support both proactive scheduling and forensic delay analysis efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining CPM baseline schedules, performing schedule updates, analyzing project impacts, reviewing forecast logic, and supporting project teams with planning and scheduling strategies. The role also includes forensic analysis of construction documentation such as contracts, schedules, RFIs, daily reports, and change orders to assist in claims evaluation and dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing project controls and cost-related documentation
