Scheduler - Workforce Planning

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Revises daily pit/allocation in a timely manner which fulfil all operational demands
• Manages and solves issues relating to last minute changes in business requirements
• Pro-actively identify any shortfalls or anomalies and raise them to the Supervisor
• Assesses and processes requests based on business demand
• Maintains records relating to leaves of absences, sick calls, suspensions and special days off as they relate to the daily and fortnightly rosters
• Ensures all customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times.
• Performs other job related duties assigned by superiors
