Qualifications

• Graduate of Doctor of Medicine degree and a Licensed Physician
• Must have undergone 40-hour Occupational Health and Safety Training from a DOLE‑recognized institution or, for permanent physicians, be willing to complete such training within one year from the date of hiring
• Prior experience as a school physician or occupational health physician is preferred, but not required

Job Description

• Assumes the role of both University physician and occupational health physician in conformity with University and occupational health standards
• Basic functions include emergency response and first‑aid; medical consultations; physical examination; medical assistance; medical documentation; 7S implementation; assistance in ensuring a safe and healthful school environment; and professional growth
