Role Description

Select technologies meeting the innovation objectives of Lips DA 
Design robust platforms that can be cascaded into winning formulas matching the defined performance objectives and timing
Be the guarantor of quality, safety and sustainable development commitments 
Start to collect, sort and perform an initial analysis of scientific and technical information, clarify state of arts, conduct bibliographic research, for experiment preparation and manipulations 
Perform the lab trials and follow scaling up, industrialization studies and all the tests (stability, safety/efficacy, and consumer), write technical & project status recap and ensure systematic reporting and/or presentation 
Analyze the results, ensure the interpretation and make proposals and technical solutions to solve the technical challenge of projects
