We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Scrum Lead to guide Agile teams in the effective implementation of Scrum practices. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and a passion for coaching teams towards high performance. You will play a key role in fostering Agile maturity across the organisation, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
What you will do

Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Act as a servant leader by removing impediments and shielding teams from distractions
Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance team effectiveness
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving
