Role Description

 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced  Scrum Master with a strong background in  Embedded Software Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully implementing  Agile and Scrum methodologies within technical teams, ensuring efficient and high-quality software development.
 Key Responsibilities: . Facilitate Scrum Processes Guide and coach the team on  Agile and Scrum practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
 Organize and facilitate  Scrum ceremonies, including  daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
