Scrum Master

Description We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile delivery efforts for development teams in Jacksonville, Florida. This Long-term Contract position will focus on strengthening sprint execution, improving team collaboration, and maintaining clear delivery visibility through effective Jira administration and Agile facilitation. The ideal candidate will help teams work efficiently, encourage continuous improvement, and support consistent delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee Jira project setup and administration, including workflow adjustments, board configuration, and reporting tools that support delivery tracking
• Lead core Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and productive
• Monitor sprint health using burndown charts and other metrics to provide transparency into progress, risks, and team performance
