About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams and ensure successful project delivery across complex IT services engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Agile projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with international stakeholders, and handling multiple concurrent projects within an IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage and coordinate 3–4 projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
