As our Scrum Master (m/w/d) you will guide and coach the Scrum Team in adopting Agile practices to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers
To elevate team performance, you will foster a high-performing team culture by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and implementing effective coaching techniques tailored to individual and team needs
You will facilitate a deep understanding of Scrum within the team by ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines
In addition you will empower the Scrum team by coaching them to become self-organized, enhancing cross-functional skill sets and domain knowledge while promoting effective communication
