Scrum Master - Workforce Technology

As a Scrum Master within PNC's Workplace Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

As a Scrum Master in this role, you will need to be:

a. Seasoned Scrum Master familiar with SAFe methodology
b. Lead and enforce Agile practices
c. Team coach to manage team ceremonies (Scrum, Standup, etc.), facilitate planning, coordinate resources and dependencies, and help address obstacles
d. Partner with Release Train Engineer (RTE), Coaches, Product Owners, Technical and Testing Crew Members, and Management
