About the Role

The Section Head - Safety will lead safety initiatives to promote a Zero Accident Culture across the plant, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and driving continuous improvement in safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives to promote a Zero Accident Culture across the plant
• Develop and strengthen safety procedures, incident investigations, accident analysis
• Set and monitor plant-level safety objectives based on data-driven insights
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations (Factories Act, EHS norms)
