**Primary Function:**

The Security Captain leads, manages, and oversees all physical security operations, ensuring the successful development, implementation, and continuous oversight of a comprehensive security program. This includes directing security supervisors, personnel, managing resources and equipment, overseeing training, and establishing critical operational procedures to safeguard assets and personnel. The Security Captain actively supports and upholds the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.
