Security Site Manager

Job Description Reporting to the Operations Manager of Industrial Security Limited (ISL), the Security Site Manager will lead and oversee 24/7 security operations at the Irving Shipyard Inc (ISI) in Halifax and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This critical role involves managing a dynamic team of Security Officers stationed in various locations in Halifax and Dartmouth, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees and assets.

Responsibilities

Providing day-to‑day oversight of the 24/7 security operations across multiple locations and facilities, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees and assets

Providing leadership, direction, mentoring, and training to Shift Supervisors and Security Officers through effective resource allocation, performance management and consistent communication
