Role Description

We are seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer to support the development and optimisation of semiconductor manufacturing processes. This hands-on role will involve process design, characterisation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a small R&D and production team working on III-V semiconductor materials. Semiconductor Process Engineer - Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimise semiconductor fabrication processes such as photolithography, etching, deposition, and wafer cleaning. Analyse process data to identify trends and improve performance. Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions. Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new product introduction and scale-up. Document process specifications and operating procedures.
