SEN Learning Support Assistant - Portsmouth

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a caring and patient SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in the Portsmouth area. This role involves working with children who have additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide consistent, tailored support, helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and feel supported throughout the school day. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or within a classroom setting depending on the needs of each pupil.
