SEN Learning Support Assistant Southampton

Prospero Teaching is looking for a patient, supportive, and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join welcoming schools in Southampton. This role involves working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.
Your role will be to help pupils feel secure, confident, and able to access learning in a structured and nurturing environment. You’ll work with teachers and SEN staff to deliver personalised support that makes a genuine difference to each child’s progress and daily experience.
