We are looking for a compassionate, proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, SEMH).
Assist the class teacher in creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Adapt learning materials to meet individual pupils needs.
Support pupils in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, external professionals, and parents.
