We’re on the lookout for a caring, patient, and switched‑on SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with SEND in a welcoming school setting in Bath. If you’ve got experience working with children with additional needs, and you’re the kind of person who brings calm to the chaos, you’ll fit right in.

This isn’t just another TA role. You’ll be a steady presence, helping pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help children access learning
• Building trust and positive routines in the classroom
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
• Creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment
