Guaranteed Work for SEND Support Staff – Durhan and Surrounding Areas – From £89 per day

In this role you’ll:
Support pupils with a wide range of SEND and communication needs
Build steady, trusting relationships that help pupils feel grounded
Use visuals, structure, and gentle routines to reduce anxiety
Model calm, clear language to help pupils feel safe and understood
