The setting provides a supportive and nurturing environment for students who require additional emotional and behavioural support, with a strong focus on engagement, resilience and helping young people achieve both academically and personally.

Responsibilities

• Support students across Key Stage 3/KS3 and Key Stage 4/KS4 with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour and barriers to learning.
• Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day.
