SEND Teaching Assistant

TeacherActive is proud to be working with SEND schools and provisions across Mansfield, providing supportive and inclusive learning environments for students with additional needs. These settings are committed to helping students develop both academically and socially through tailored support and structured learning.

We are looking to take on a SEND Teaching Assistant on a day-to-day basis with opportunities for long-term roles for the right SEND Teaching Assistant. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be supporting students with a range of additional needs, working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support, promote engagement, and maintain a positive learning environment.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• At least 6 months experience working within a UK school setting
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
