Senior Accountant

Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to make a real impact in a global, technology-driven environment? We’re searching for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly and annual closings under Swiss Local GAAP (OR)
• Prepare and reconcile accruals, provisions, intercompany transactions, and GL accounts
• Ensure data quality and compliance with internal controls
• Act as a key contact for internal and external audits
• Support and mentor team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, SCM, Sales) to optimize processes
• Drive improvements across finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Contribute to ERP enhancements and digitalization initiatives
