Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development and optimization of AA coupling technical solutions and process flows.
Drive process evaluation, DOE verification, failure analysis, and provide technical risk assessments and improvement plans.
Lead yield improvement, cost reduction, process stability enhancement, and manufacturing efficiency optimization.
Responsible for key process development and technical breakthroughs for new products.
Lead the transfer of new products from R&D to mass production, ensuring product performance, quality, and yield targets are achieved.
Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support during pilot runs and mass production.
Establish process standards, SOPs, FMEA, SPC/CPK monitoring systems, and related engineering documentation.
