Senior AME Technical Lead for Helicopter Maintenance

Summit Helicopters is hiring a Senior AME Technical Lead for the Bell 407 and AS350 fleets located in Kamloops, BC. This role requires a blend of hands-on maintenance expertise and leadership skills.
As an AME Technical Lead, you will provide crucial guidance and oversight in maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance. You will be pivotal in troubleshooting complex systems and mentoring maintenance personnel to build a strong, skilled team. Periodic travel and field tours are essential components of this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight for Bell 407 and AS350 maintenance
• Perform aircraft inspections and repairs
• Assist in developing maintenance plans and forecasts
• Mentor apprentices and junior AMEs for skill development
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience as a licensed Helicopter AME
• Proven expertise in Bell 407 and AS350 aircraft
