Regional Benefits Senior Analyst

What the day will look like
Program Analysis & Reporting
+ Collect, analyze, and report data on global benefit plans (health, retirement, insurance, leaves, allowances, etc.).
+ Ensure clients' deliverables such as regional and/or global stewardship reports are given to Consultants/ Senior Consultants/ IPLs for peer review on a timely basis.
+ Maintain accuracy of data entry and timely updates in Greater Insights by local teams within agreed timeline.
Plan Administration & Operations
+ Support day-to-day administration of benefits in different countries, working with Aon local team, HR and vendors.
