Senior Analyst, Performance

Role Summary

As a Senior Analyst, Performance you will be responsible for supporting the investment performance measurement, monitoring and reporting activities of CPP Investments. The Senior Analyst will ensure that performance returns, benchmark returns, and performance attribution are calculated correctly by ensuring that analytical reviews, reasonability checks and established processes are completed and followed in accordance with CPP Investments’ Policies, Standards, Guidelines, and Procedures.

Core Accountabilities

• Prepare performance results for investment groups and Management, conduct thorough analysis on performance results, explain performance results, investigate discrepancies, and bring issues to resolution.
• Ensure that analytical reviews, reasonability checks and established processes outlined in procedures are completed with appropriate supportive documentation.
