 In this role, you will: Partner with cross‑functional teams to support contract negotiations, renewals, hiring pipeline management, and budget alignment.

Support and track all contractual documentation

Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date invoice tracking repository.

Update invoice records with project details, payment status, and supporting documentation.

Support vendor management and finance to review invoicing updates, address discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.

Design and develop reporting dashboards and maintenance of SharePoint sites 

Support and maintain onboarding and offboarding processes for both full‑time employees and contractors.

Assist technology teams with equipment provisioning during onboarding and offboarding.
