Senior Analyst - Systems Administration

Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Systems Administration team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City - Paseo. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support back-end systems and applications.
• Act as technical lead and/or project manager for small to mid-size projects.
• Participate in critical initiatives across NERA, Actuarial, OWG Tech, and MMC Tech.
• Analyze trends and perform root cause analysis.
• Create knowledge and improve process efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with the team and business stakeholders.
• Provide escalation support and back up Help Desk and local support teams.
• Manage technology assets, patching, and provisioning.
• Mentor team members and provide leadership.
