As a Sr. Analyst, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our global recruiting processes by combining data-driven insights with emerging AI and automation capabilities. As part of the TA Operations team, you will help scale and optimize recruiting through thoughtful application of AI tools, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a strong human-in-the-loop approach across all workflows. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to translate business needs into efficient, tech-enabled solutions that drive measurable impact.

The Impact You Will Have:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to large strategic initiatives, with some direction from leadership. 

Oversee, maintain, and transform the current Employee Referral Program, leveraging data and automation to streamline payments, and drive better candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
