Role Description
Shanghai Architecture
Qualified Architect (RIBA, HKIA or equivalent)
Minimum 8 years of experience
Project experience in Asia
Knowledge of local building codes in PRC is an advantage
Overseas working experience or education would be an advantage
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese a plus
Proficient in Autocad, Rhino, Adobe CS, someone ideally with good 3D experience
Revit knowledge a plus

Working on high-profile projects across the globe, the ideal candidates would ideally have experience in an International setting with a well-regarded practice. Design flair and experience on complex projects from initial concept through to construction documentation is required.
