Key Responsibilities

• Creation, design, and execution of projects in a high volume of production.
• Identify specific needs on architectural guidelines for new and current subdivisions.
• Create Revit working drawings, compile specifications, cost estimates, and material quantity lists based on initial design concepts and instructions.
• Build architectural and display models, and develop three-dimensional virtual models to visualize architectural designs effectively.
• Design high‑visibility elevations and modifications as required by Architectural Guidelines.
