Senior Associate, AI Data Operations

The team is responsible for supporting MSCI’s Vantager Platform, enabling high-quality data ingestion, document processing, data extraction workflows, and the delivery of AI‑enhanced data outputs to internal and external stakeholders. The team partners closely with Technology, Data Operations, Product, and Client Service to ensure that AI‑driven processes are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business needs. We oversee data governance, exception handling, and the operationalization of AI models used across MSCI’s analytics and client platforms.

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Vantager Platform, including document management, data extraction workflows, and end‑to‑end data delivery, ensuring SLA adherence and operational quality.
• Manage and optimize client setups and GP access configurations, serving as the primary escalation point for complex or high‑priority client data needs.
