Senior Associate Bookkeeper

At Intugo, we partner with an international company specializing in accounting and financial outsourcing services for CPA firms and U.S.-based clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate Bookkeeper with experience supporting U.S. accounting operations and a strong understanding of financial processes under U.S. GAAP standards. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. Key Responsabilities Maintain and manage general ledger accounts and financial records. Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations. Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
