 & SummaryWe’re looking for a Senior Associate Salesforce DevOps Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to drive automation, streamline deployments, and ensure secure, reliable Salesforce delivery. You’ll work across development and operations teams to design CI/CD pipelines, manage environments, and enforce DevOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Automate deployments and optimize release processes.
Manage Salesforce environments (sandboxes, UAT, staging, production).
Implement Git-based version control strategies (GitFlow, branching models).
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Collaborate with developers, admins, and architects to improve DevOps workflows.
