Role Description
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS): Infrastructure Management
- Execute daily performance monitoring of Azure infrastructure including VMs, AVD, and network components
- Implement and maintain backup strategies ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness
- Monitor and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
- Analyze capacity trends and provide optimization recommendations
- Perform regular patch management and compliance checks
- 24/7/365 monitoring and incident response
- VM performance monitoring (CPU, Memory, Disk)
- Network connectivity and latency management
- Security alerts and logs monitoring
- Azure Service Health tracking
- Daily security alerts monitoring
