Senior Execution Systems Engineer – Quant Trading

We are looking for a Senior Execution Systems Engineer to build and improve the low-latency trading infrastructure powering our systematic US equities strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance execution systems for automated trading.
• Develop reliable order routing, order management, position tracking, risk controls, and broker/exchange connectivity.
• Optimize execution latency, throughput, reliability, and fault tolerance across the trading stack.
• Work closely with quant researchers and traders to translate strategy requirements into production-ready execution logic.
• Build tools for real-time monitoring, logging, alerts, kill switches, and post-trade execution analysis.
• Improve fill quality through smarter order placement, retry logic, liquidity interaction, and slippage-aware execution.
