Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships while maintaining high standards of customer service and visual merchandising at the Montreal boutique. This role supports daily store operations, participates in special events and serves as the senior in-store leader in the absence of management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and manage relationships with clients, including outreach and communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the client experience and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation and visual merchandising standards.
