For our Flagship Store in Via Condotti, Rome, we are seeking a Senior Client Advisor. 

Through creativity, entrepreneurship and passion our sales team enhances the uniqueness of the Brand and is able to create a luxurious and visually pleasing environment for our customers in line with the Bulgari spirit.
Accountabilities

Sales and Services
Maximize sales opportunity arising from every store entrance

Act as a Brand Ambassador by representing and promoting the brand both inside and outside the Store, engaging and acquiring potential customers. This includes, for instance, participating in networking events.

Contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Manage all clients/prospects entering the store for any reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints).
