  • Support the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing the Global Compensation strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce
  • As part of the strategy execution, you will focus on alignment with the wider Ericsson Compensation Programs and Projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation projects and initiatives are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashion
