Senior Construction after-disaster Project Manager

Be the first call after disaster—and the reason everything gets back on track. 


We’re looking for a Senior Restoration Project Manager who can confidently own high-volume, high-complexity projects from start to finish. You’ll be the primary decision-maker on files, balancing homeowner care, insurance requirements, and operational efficiency—while managing a high volume of active projects, including a mix of large and standard losses. 


This role requires strong restoration experience, estimating knowledge, and the ability to move jobs forward across departments with confidence and authority. 

What You’ll Do: 

Serve as the primary point of contact with homeowners after fire, flood, or other losses 

Manage a high-volume caseload (up to 50 active projects simultaneously) 

Communicate directly with insurance adjusters and represent the company professionally
